Multiple DUI Charges

Pennsylvania has a mandatory minimum penalties for multiple driving under the influence (DUI), driving while impaired (DWI) and driving after imbibing (DAI) charges. Unlike with a first offense, these penalties cannot be reduced or eliminated by completing a rehabilitation program. If you or a loved was arrested for second or third DUI or DWI, you need an experienced criminal law and DUI defense attorney to provide an aggressive defense on your behalf.

At Laguzzi Law, we have more than a decade of experience representing clients in DUI cases. We understand the laws and how to protect our clients' rights from pretrial to verdict. We investigate the charge against you, question the police officer who arrested you or concluded you were drinking and driving, and challenge the accuracy of field sobriety tests and breath or blood tests.

DUI Treatment Court for Multiple DUI Offenses

Were you charged with your second or third DUI? Is your criminal record clear of violent crimes? If so, you may qualify for Pennsylvania's DUI treatment court. This court offers a program for multiple DUI offenders to help them be sober and productive members of society. Attending the program may reduce your mandatory jail sentence.
